Aerial silks classes in Columbia, Md!
Available for group classes, parties, and private lessons.
Currently offering three levels of Silks Fundamentals. All classes are 75 minutes and run on a six-class session.
Level 1: Brand new to silks, or it’s been so long you don’t remember anything. In this level we learn the most fundamental basics: how to tie a footlock from the ground, tying a slip knot, and gain comfort moving around in new planes of motion.
Level 2/3: Expands on the skills we learned in Level 1 as we work on various types of foot locks, working higher off the ground, and gaining strength toward our aerial inversion.
Level 4: We’re inverting! We’re dropping! We’re learning more intricate wraps and sequencing.
Private lessons available on Silks and Active Flexibility.
Located at Acro PT 6822 Oak Hall Lane, Suite C1, Columbia MD, 21045.
