Life is f*cked, your body doesn’t have to be.
Our lives are ruled by a variety of things that force our bodies into a single (non-ideal) position for hours at a time. Holding a single posture for an extended period is going to f*ck up your body, even if you have generally “good posture". This program is designed to address the most common causes of back in folks who spend a lot of the day either hunched or seated. This could be leaning down over children as you teach them, curling over a lab bench as you prep samples, sitting at a computer writing code, driving your car and a variety of other daily tasks that make you feel like you’re curling in on yourself like a human pill bug.
